Refund and Returns Policy

Timberoots Product Warranty:

Timberoots provides a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for our products. This warranty excludes damages resulting from neglect, accidental or intentional damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized repair, exposure to extreme conditions, or alteration of the product. Wood products ordered in an “unfinished” state are not covered by this warranty.

Any covered repairs or replacements will be facilitated through Timberoots . If necessary, the product may need to be returned to the factory, in which case all packing and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@timberoots.co.za and return the item to our address.

Customised Products:

As custom and laser engraved items are customized specifically for you and cannot be resold, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges..

Shipment:

To return your product, mail it to: Timberoots, No 12 Electron Street, Triangle Farm, Bellville, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7499, South Africa. You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Shipping times for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
